Policy: -New patient's first visit is an hour long session. -If you need to cancel, there is a 24 hour cancellation notice required

-Does not accept any type of insurance, but can issue a receipt with diagnosis codes.
-Dr. Z Asks that when visiting the office you do not wear any artificial perfumes or fragrance.(due to chemically sensitive patients)
